    It sort of evolved. I originally had the little guy sitting in the tree, but found it hard to draw a figure that looked right in that position and still maintained the simplicity I was going for. The flying sort of seemed like a cop-out at first, but the idea grew on me.

    A lot of how this looks is just the nature of the Graphic Worm and how I want to contribute to it. I try to use calmer colors and draw from the previous panel's palette.

    All the good comments are below me, they said everything I wanted to say...okay well not everything. I do agree with what everyone says about it being an illustration though. I like that she's flying through the air like that. She reminds me of an autumn spirit and she's the one who knocks all the leaves off of the trees in fall

    great illustration..~~ i can see this published in a children's stuff.. books, notebooks, calendars, etc.. something thats advertise-able.. *if thats a word* XD i just love the simplicity and pureness of this pic.. awesome work..~~ <3

    That's gorgeous; it would be a great illustration in a child's novel. It is sort of lighthearted and dark at the same time. Did you have something specific in mind when you created it?
