I see you also used photo-shop for the skin,it looks really nice.It's hard to combine coloring and photo-shop.
Use purple for background,it's a great combo with blue.

I been wanting to draw mudkip girl for a long time actually,but I had to draw someones picture (someones!).
The pose is great and very realistic,well archived pose.The coloring ,the style and the hands are great,just check the nose :3.
