I think it's pretty cute! I like her eye style and the lines are very smooth and well done.

Now for what I don't like. I dont like the fact that there is no background supporting her. I feel that she is just smack there in the middle and it's, to be honest, a little boring.

Also, I think it was a bad choice to make her centered. If she was at a more interesting angle, or even just away from center it would have been a lot nicer to look at.

All in all it's a very nice line drawing. Very nice.
