Uh, I don't remember exact how long it took for me, but it was hours.
I just recently got my tablet, so I'm still practising how to colour and experimenting different styles (I'm starting with the easiest ones :P).
I love this pic especially how you cell shaded!
the suit and the shirt is really nicely designed. and you can draw hands very well. also the hair is nicely edited, and the background is awesome. I personally am not a fan of Kimi ni todoke, its to cheesy, me thinks. but it fits valentines day perfectly. how long did it take you to make this?
