She is a very masculine woman and I appreciate that significance about that. It makes her even more interesting and makes me more interested in her story.
I really like her dress. It brings femininity to her strength, almost like a rose covered armor. Like a Knight of roses, if that makes any sense. Sorry it is the only way I can explain it.
I think the anatomy is alright just some minor adjustments would do. Such as her left shoulder. It seems to be raised too high for her arm to extend the way it is, and how her arm with the blade is awkward. Maybe if you pushed her shoulders a little more back and made her arms seem like they extend a little further just to give her a more relaxed normal look.
I love her torso. It looks very well drawn and aligned. You just need to learn to get those other parts attached right.
Nice job on the costume design as well. I would have never been able to create a crate Lolita ball gown dress like that. Ha ha ha. I think a lot more texture could have really brought this picture to life. Adding some small lines in certain areas to add detail would have made her dress even more beautiful and so would darker shadows.
All in all, a very powerful picture. The sword is nice but I would have loved to see more shine. A blade is shiny, just like a knife. For next time, do not be afraid to add intense brights and dark. They can aid you very nicely.

I love the outfit and the sword! The little red flecks(blood I'm assuming :P) also add a cool effect to the picture!
