O.k lets see your main character can be a neko(human/cat), with orange or red hair, ummm number 3 do you want a girl or boy as your man character? I like the personality, good choice, ummm, If your main character is a girl you can name her Alice or if its a boy Josh, and they could fall in love with who ever you choose, how do you want them to fight the good or the bad people? where in Japan do you want the setting to be like in a meadow with pink blossom trees all around?
O.k and the last on what would the sword look like?

Well, what I would do is first come up with a basic story plot, like a beginning and an end. In my opinion, the beginning and the end of a story is, in a way, the most important part. Then concentrate on each individual character's personality and/or background story, and thoroughly think things through so the characters are interesting. I usually come up with my characters' personalities and stories when I'm trying to sleep. xD Play the scenes in your head or write them down, find things you want to change, and make revisions. :) Then you can weave the character's backgrounds together and create the story, add details, ect...

Ummm, there is already one its called Heart no Kuni no Alice if you go to wwww.onemanga.com and search for it you will find it. Its really good. And most of the guy characters are HOT.

A manga Alice in Wonderland would be cool, but a lot of people have already made (or are working on) fan versions.
It's a cute picture, though. C: I like the outfit.
