Aww very cute artwork Angel!! :D Wow I would never think you would draw a Sailor Moon artpiece either^^; I remember watching this show when I was a little girl, really loved it. Probably would still watch it if it was still on. xD
Anyway, to see Usagi with brown hair is unique! :D I like it! My favorite part of this is her pose, very much so magical girl like. And you have improved on your coloring Angel, it looks really good^^ You should be proud of yourself! *hugs* :)

a little concern though.. usagi's hair is golden yellow.. but it's not really necessary to give her the exact same colors.. it just hit me coz of the name and tags suggested that this is sailor moon.. XD
her neck is fine.. sailor moon characters have really slender necks.. it's probably just the way it's connected to the head that made it seem quite not right.. but ur definitely on the right track.. *^^*
i love the coloring.. it's got a 3d-ish feel to it.. and kinda plastic texture.. *^^*
oh and i love the necklace.. awesome add-on.. her facial structure is well done too.. but her expression is not clearly expressing it.. nevertheless, i think u did a great job overall.. keep it up..~~!

I like this version of Sailor Moon,but I always like darker hair more than blonde in anime. xD;
