That looks great XD I wouldn't have the paitents to sit and redo the eyes over and over agian. The shading is awsome, I especially like how ya did the lips; I hope ya put up some more of your drawings ^^
My enemy, thy name is CROSS HATCHING! I am currently working a new picture, and it has to be done in traditional shading (because that’s what I’ve been paid to do). But I will attempt to cross hatch something, not making any promises. But I really will try.

HEYY! Beautiful job!! Realism is hard to do, hella hard to do O___O Especially shaded in pencil like that. You did a super great job though :D!! I especially like that you added the splash of color with the glasses!
You know what you should try???? Try doing a picture of someone again, in realism, but use cross hatching to shade. No gradients or smudging, just all evenly solid lines in different thicknesses and shaded with cross hatching. I think you would do great and it would be a great exercise to experiment with shading :3
