I'd never forget Kai Ranger. Actually it depends, in front you probably recognize Shao, the spoiled rival of Kai, the one with the 3 eyes on his forehead is Shinji, he's part of Shao's team called the Death Knights, the one with Bakura's haircut is called Baltro and I particulary like his character because for the first 6 seasons, he stays on Kai's side doing pretty much nothing(although like Zi he's possesed by an evil spirit too just a much more powerful one) until in season 7, He reveals himself to be the leader of the main vilains of the howl second part of Kai Ranger, a group called the 13 Phantoms and reveals then his immense powers, next the one in the back with a scar on his face is called Zano, he's the main vilain of season 2 but later on becomes Kai and the others's ally, the one with the super sayan kinda hair is Galliant, the strongest fire user on earth, the one wearing some kind of crown is Crystal, leader of the Gem Team and main vilain of season 3, and the two others are Scarlett(the girl) and Emerald, both ex-members of the Gem team, Emerald is one of the strongest characters in Kai Ranger.
