I am absolutely upset that this doesn't have more credit than it's getting!! This is BEAUTIFUL and the technique is almost flawless! You did a fantastic job blending the colors and giving it a seamless glowing effect. Nice job with the textures and the brightness of the colors too! It definitely makes her stand out~
Oh and don't forget her expression..definitely lovely linework~ ^^ I love this!
Critique-wise, the only thing I can say is that the rest of the body seems too small in comparison to the head. Perhaps if you extended the arms out more to fit the armor on her shoulders, that would add more proportion. Otherwise, lovely work~ I'll be watching your work! ^^

wow this is pretty!
I really love how you did the shine of her cape and shoulder armor. and the texture on her clothes is an awesome touch.
