since you asked for criticism here I give you some... well you have great 3d idea but you are being to rigid ... its as if the bear is holding in that position you need to blend more you colours dont be so sharp in defining the shadows like you did in the tones of green try be more flowing :P for the rest the colours are awesome as always maybe the black is a bit to powerful... try mixing dark blue with dark brown which will result in a more natural tone of black
