Hrrm, well there's your problem right there...No, just kidding! XD I've just never heard of that program. I think you can download programs like Paint Tool Sai that are made totally for colouring or for certain purposes. You can download it for free somewhere, just look it up on google, or you can try the trial version if you want to try it out.

First of all the hair has too many shiny spots. And the white doesn't really work for making a colourful piece. So if you're putting shines on the hair make it a lighter version of that colour or a bit more contrasting. And use a regular marker instead of an airbrush and just dot kinda in a line across the the head (but make the dots small vertical lines). And shadows are usually pretty big to make them a bit bigger and you can have them touching a bit, kinda like how you did on the chest. That amount of shading is pretty good.
