This is simply adorable. I love the eyes and the hair. The colors are very soft and make her look like a very sweet person. The designs on the dress came out exceptional. The ruffles and everything are very cute. Her expression looks very innocent as well as one would expect from a child OC. The glowing effects came out very well as well. Good work on this.
