I do the hair the way you do as well, strands. I think I started it that way when I went to realism, I know Tyki was the old fashion colouring everyhting without a care in the world thing ~ Cracks up and hugs ~

Personally I think I like normal sized arms, not buff and not bony. Belami (hope I got the spelling right now) is meant to be really quite thin so I couldn't add the normal aspects I do (I like people to be on the slightly larger side, average not small, sort like me lol) so that was a challenge. I cheated on the face, he should probably have been bonier but I had no idea how to do that and held off. The arms sort of showed the thinnest in the fact they are small, but I like more muscle XD

Nah, I won't be able to edit it, I am packing, then at mum's and she doesn't have a scanner so it is staying like this. That and to remove his feminine looks I would have to find something to copy and pretty much restart so we are leaving it like this, plus sounds like you prefer him like this which is all good.

I also don't mind too much now, I think it is a style thing. Not copying from something leaves the drawing as all me and I think I am still getting used to the fact I have my own artistic style ~ Laughs ~ I am normally just a photocopier so I don't have to worry about personality lol XD

I enjoyed your challenge, never drawn a book character before, especially not one so interesting (still loves his scars XD)

It's really good!
The shoulders comp,the style at the face,the shading, it all goes very well.You got the body proportion very nice,wonder what kind of arm structure you like the most :3.That one works well,the highlighs were a big surprise.

I think the eyes also have something.

Wow Steph!! *hugs* Thank you so much for entering my challenge. :) You don't like that he looks feminine? I do!!! XD I definitely imagine him as a pretty boy, especially since he's gay lol...although he's quite manly in some respects, he does have long hair, long nails, etc. You did a great job. ^^ I especially like how you incorporated the verses on his body! You're the first one to take that description to heart and really make the scars that way. :3 Cause that's what he has! Very nice. <33 Thank you again, Steph~ *hugs* If there's something really bothering you about it, you can edit it cause there's still time, but I think it's fine. ^^
