I wouldn't be too worried, I've seen tons of nudity in the elfen lied section, and their creators haven't gotten in trouble ^^
It's only if someone reports the picture

Thank you. You know, actually it didn't take me long to paint this picture. I just copied A. Cabanel's painting. But it really takes a long when I paint without copying. You need to think over postures, background, colours...

um you're not allowed to show nudity on this site so I suggest you sensor it or something. other than that it looks great!
