Like how you would make a big strand of hair...let's saaayy...for the bangs, you just do that, except make it more at an angle and then curve it so that it attaches to the rest of the hair, and then draw a line and curve it around that part of the hair and then connect it to that part of the hair and keep going like that until it gets smaller and smaller and small enough to look like curls...or something...If that made any sense...XD I don't think it'd make any sense to me...XD It's very hard to explain.

That or just do squiggles, or flippy thingies. Oh! Also, when you do the flippy thingies, kinda stack them liike...barrel of monkeys...kinda like that...And so you can get curls that way...

I wonder if that helps at all...XD 'orz
