Sorry I haven't commented sooner (schools got me really busy), this is AMAZING. The colors really bring out a life and motion, almost as if the world around her is a colorful ocean. And the girls hair might I add is beautiful.

I did it traditionally but the texture are 'hard-noise' from photoscape. :D
