Hey JiSa-chan!! Sorry I haven't been keeping touch as well as I should have! T__T I shall try to be around a lot more but if you read about my hiatus then you probably already know what's up with me haha. I have a bit of lighter homework load today(and plus it's early in the morning so I just noticed this OTL sorry T__T *went to bed early last night*), so I'm catching up on some comments before I begin!
Anyway, on to the pic!
So what I really love what you did with this has for one thing gotta be the background! You did an amazing job using colors that did not blend and definitely contrasted well! The decorations in the back are soo fun and light up the picture like Kazoom does haha~
The hair looks absolutely gorgeous and I just love how light and carefree your style is because it just makes the picture that much more enjoyable! Although if there's one thing I'd critique some, it's the way that the pink and blue as well as purple-ish tone blend wth each other...I think you could have made the shading more smooth by not adding thoses straight sideways lines toward the bottom of the hair and also by helping to clean up the lines and colors more.
I have absolutely nothing to say about the expression because it is just overall great and really fits the atmosphere, but the neck is too distinguishable because of its long, wide-to-narrow look. I think you could make the neck look closer to a straight line even though it follows that shape to an extent. It's more straight and slightly curved than a wide-to-narrow effect like what you have here, I think.
Otherwise, the colors are SO wonderful and as always I love your art and you JiSa-chan!! Take care of yourself and keep up the fantastical work!<33

AHHHHH HEY THERE I WAS JUST GOING TO MAKE THE SAME COMMENT ABOUT HUGS/FAVS/COMMENTS.
I totally agree, its like... OH I TRIED SO HARD ON THIS PICTURE AND IM REALLY PROUD OF IT and then .... oh... 16 hugs... a couple favs... c000000000l. Atleast 'cute ' is still something.
What is this I can't be talking I never comment on anything LOL its not that I'm super lazy its just that... I have nothing to say half the time.
