if it was my OC id let her be a girl but thats just my opinion !!!
.....
and i think ChocoBits covered all the points that neede to be !!
.......
although i can point out one thing the collar bones u've drawn are too far away they should be close as u see in real anatomy and they are bent downwards creating a slope in the middle and just below that is chest so right chest and left chest cant be that far away so the collar bones shuld be closer and tilted downwards in the middle !! i hope that helps :]

Its not iffy at all! It was quite helpful thank you. Well really thank you ALOT for such a long detailed comment. *smiles* It was far from iffy!
Thank you for taking the time not only to look at the piece, but to write such a long and detailed critique! It means alot to me! THank you very much you did WOUNDERFUL!
CU is meant to be abused...I don't abuse it enough though.
Anyway, for the critique, I'm no expert in this subject but I'll try.
To start off, a cool tip is that clothes aren't attached to the body, they have width to a certain extent unless they are skin tight or something, but even then I believe you see creases. However, you seem to have little problems with that so...yeah.
Another thing you have little problems with is the folds and creases in clothes, you have the idea of where they should and where they shouldn't be. One thing though -the hood wraps around the back of the neck, in the picture you seemed to have made it disappear. I suggest making the hood wrap around the neck (wear a hoodie and look yourself in the mirror so that you get the idea...because I'm not sure how to explain this, sorry). Also, the hoodie seems to be bunched up in the back --this makes it look like he is carrying a backpack. To avoid this, I suggest connecting the hoodie (I'm not sure if you see where I'm going with this) and make it wrap around the back of the neck.
The tip that works here is that all clothes are affected by gravity, the hood would hang down, since everything falls towards the ground. Clothes dont stick to the body tightly, even if it is skin tight there will be folds and creases.
I find it helpful to look at yourself in the mirror from all angles wearing different clothes. Notice where there are creases and were there are folds and how each different garment hangs.
I hope that this helped, sorry if it was a little iffy!
