i intended to make this into some kind of clamp-ish art though. the white dots you say are the characteristic 'sparkle on the dresses and hair of clamp characters, maybe i put a too much in here, lol. ^_^

Before I saw your commentary, I thought this was some kind of Hetalia fan art. I've never actually seen Hetalia, though, so take that for what it's worth.

Overall, I like the style. It's clean and nice. Go easy on the white dot effect next time, though. It's done best when done sparingly.
