wouldn't it have to be an actual photo that I edited first, before i could get in trouble? This is not an edited photo, its a gimp painting. There is no part of the original photo in this. When i said i used the photo as a template I mean I looked at it to see the porportions and painted THIS on a blank tab. Thanks for your concern though.
