Yeah, this is kind of how I picture him to be, too. I definitely like the longer hair in a ponytail ^_^ Though I kind of imagined him with a little more beard. You know, a little more rugged and outdoorsy.
And I don't think he'll come back in a dress. His goal would be something that prevents him from being that way. Besides, it'd ruin his character, and do you think Oda wants to do that?
If he does, however, most of the series will be over for me. And Oda will be certifiably insane.
