It's a really cute picture ,seems you really got me into Raditz now .The way you evolved a limited char into a hole story is great.The background is well detailed and it just sends you deeper into the story.
You noticed her hair change! Yeah, there's this other sketch I did of her and Raditz, ( i haven't put it up yet) and her hair came out like that. I really liked how it looked, so I was thinking of drawing it like that from now on.
I think I got a little carried away with the colors, they're kind of busy, but it was fun messing around with the markers.

Raditz looks really good in that suit too! Bura and Drake look cute up there listening to music!
All their facial expressions are very well done. And I think you did pull off the suit look! Raditz looks awesome. And Ruta reminds of a Fire Emblem character called Ilyana who also has silver-ish blue hair and noms on everything. lol Great job on all the colors as well.
