At least someone else likes Gau! I kinda forced my friend to be him and she was complaining the whole time (though she reminds me of him in a weird way….) I think he’s so adorable.
Photoshop can work wonders…I really need to do the same on mine. I completely forgot the whole “guys don’t have boobs” part with my cosplay. The new photos will be different =_=;
There’s actually a weird reason behind that. The author wrote it for an older audience, but for some reason they decided to market it as a kid’s book outside of the UK, which really becomes awkward in the later books… Well even in the first book if you’re reading between the lines.

I liked it a lot, it’s one of my favorite books to be honest. Though it’s VERY anti-Catholic/Christianity in general. If you’re really religious it can be pretty offensive, but I just read it as a fantasy and took it as ode-to-the-power-of-love. Plus it’s really a more mature fantasy…I really like it a lot though. I just re-read it recently XD

I cosplayed Raimei but I never got around to editing the photos and posting them. D: I'm thinking of doing Gau since my aunt thought I was into wigs all of a sudden and gave me a great Gau wig. Plus I love sweater vests. xD

No I don't, I've been meaning to get around to reading that book. I was going to guess Lyra from the Golden Compass, but then I realized the clothes look too modern for her.
