Sadly this is from the day I ran out of paper in my sketchbook. -.- And the head looking a little too big was intentional, on part because the hood of her cloak is supposed to be kind of thick and the second part is because she is supposed to be leaning in a bit.

I think you fell a little short in you proportions, for the size you made the head I feel her body is kind of small. I LOVE her boots though. And the outfit itself has been executed rather well.
In the future though I wouldn't suggest drawing on lined paper. It downgrades the art and makes it seem sloppy, not professional. I understand that sometimes you find yourself doodling and eventually you like what you see, but I would suggest investing in a sketchbook, where even doodles aren't overpowered by blue lines.
Keep drawing! I would love to see where you go from here!
