Baahh. Your shading looks so cool here. It's like glow-y ish but dark at the same time.

My favorite part is how you shaded his light blue shirt thing.... xD;;;; Idk why, I just think it looks really nice...
The only thing I have a problem with is the nose. The shading on the nose is a little too sharp and makes his nose look a little flat. Maybe blend the shadow edges into the center of the nose? So it's something like this... (I blended the nose on SAI. aheh... sorry for manipulating your picture, I just didn't know how to explain what I was trying to say.)
But anyways, great job as always! :)
