I been drawing for 4-5 years ,kinda very close to what you have been drawing XD .I would love to be those king od people thta when they were 16 started drawing.For me is weird because I like drawing to make people happy ,so when I was 16 there was no one to be happy about my pics haha!

I used to only be able to draw by looking at a picture
But now I can draw freestyle XD

Nice pose!
Try drawing in white paper and working a bit more on the hands.For the rest it looks very good!
