That's good.^^ Strange colors... I would call it more artistic and visual colors, because it express what you really see and think. "You believe in what you see, you see in what you believe!" One of the philosophic sentences that could be used with them.^^ I don't say that you go by that, but you definitely have talent for this kind of art. :D
Haha, really? xD Well, I wonder where I heard it... Could be anywhere, but it is a nice story, full of good advices.^^
You probably did! And don't worry, feel free to ask. I am glad of that.^^ Let's see... Neo-impressionistic comes from the new form of impressionism. You can see the prefix there neo, which means new. Here the artist began to think that they need to express about what they see and not what their eyes see, throwing the colors on the painting and making them merge together. It is usually what they thought that the world and some aspects of them should be. They were really positive, but sometimes they paintings were hard to understand. It hides many secrets in itself, like your one.^^
Now, this is a little random, but I feel like telling you a story. xD But it is a nice story about a "fool". Maybe you heard about it, but it has a great connection with Vincent van Gogh. Here goes...
"Once in a village lived a boy, but everyone called him a fool. It was that because his dream was to become immortal. Not a doctor, not a soldier, not a architect... Nothing of that, only immortal. Everyone laughed at him, but he was eager in succeeding. One day, he heard that a famous painter, Vincent, was coming in that town. He immediately went and get in the scene of everyone of his paintings. His ways of painting was impressionistic, so he painted what he saw. He didn't want to pain that fool, but he was always somewhere in his painting.
Years passed, and that boy as well as Vincent died. Hundreds years later, the paintings of Vincent became one of the most known through the whole world. And there was something interesting... Everyone was interested in that person who appeared in almost every one of his painting. What he wanted to tell about it and who was he?? He became more famous than anything else found on that painting and what really Vincent wanted to paint. The fool achieved his dream..."
*long pause* I think I studied that once in school. Although I seem not to know as much as you! And whats neo-impressionistic?? Oh sorry. TOO MANY QUESTIONS. I've never heard my art compared like that.
Wow, really?? Well impressionists are group of people and actually that is one of time zones of art that took place, I think in 19th century. The mostly made their works in France. You surely heard on one of the most famous, Vincent Van Gogh.^^ Your work reminds me on their, because they used to draw and color in the same way nature as well as people. Though your art is more like neo-impressionistic which came a little later. :D
Haha, yeah his hair is just awesome! But yeah it is good, interesting way of doing art.^^
Haha, you see... You have done this pretty good actually and in just twenty minutes. Because I mean look, it is one of those impressionist works. You have done this with feelings. xD
