Thank you very much. :) Unfortunately, my supervisor lady DOES NOT like the dome. D: She doesn't think it looks "much like IU." ~__~ Ok...well, it isn't supposed to look exactly like it, you know? More stylized. So I have to redo it. *sigh*

it is!! resize that? is shame when we use to work the banner sizes, losing the whole graphic, we should think* banner to do it as sizes or graphics xD
well done, simply clean, nice, love her shoes and face!, i did something like that before with a birthday card to my ex-boss, based on a similar draw style xD

Very nice. I like the flat colors. Good choice changing her to a brunette. Brunette and blues go very well together, and I like the dome in the back.
I don't know if I ever told you this, but one of the boys from my Philly days goes to IU. Tought that was a funny coincidence.
