Liking the work. Great job!!! As for the water thingy, it depends on the applicaton and setting. Transparency is the must and you got to treat it like a mirror, ahem "reflections" but dont go to over board sutle is the key. Also contrast, "the white shiny" helps alot to express what you're doing. Oh yeah, and water distorts images as well. hope that helps.
