Yup, this anime is the most faithful to the manga XD
There were fillers, like the one with Gintoki and the baby, but the rest of the manga is followed almost 100%. It's amazing 8D
I suggest the manga now that it's being translated again too <3 No one translated since chapter 326, but the manga now has over 340 XD
