Hatsune Miku is actually the face (representation) of a singing synthesizer computer program called Vocaloid. There are many Vocaloids, with different sounding voices, but Miku is arguably the most popular and well-known. So, she's not from a series, but there has been at least one manga series made with some Vocaloids in it. You can find a lot of Vocaloid music on iTunes, and Rockleetist sings English covers of many of the songs on YouTube. For variety, I recommend Happy Synthesizer, Packaged, Melt, We Are Pop Candy, and Double Lariat (these are some of my favorites). Song content really depends on the artist who uses the program.
