It's been a while since I've seen a picture from you. :0 You're getting better! :) The eyes are really gorgeous. *n* They really stand out. The pose looks pretty good too~ I also noticed you're paying more attention to how shading relates to the light source. ;D (One of the things I always fail to focus on. xD) Not bad!
One I noticed is the collar bone: the shading looks a little upside-down. Put the shading above the line of the collar bone, I think. Then put some shading underneat, but don't make it touch the collar bone line. That'll make it look more 3-D. (Hopefully. xD I'm bad at explaining.) Also, look at your own collar bone, neck, and shoulders in the mirror to see how the all connect. :) Good luck, and keep practicing!
