It's about how in the future organs will fail like crazy, and the world will have to depend on organ donations to survive.
And, with all the donations, there needed to be a way to get the organs back, so if you missed payments on the surgery, a Repo Man would come and 'repossess' your organs.
I loved it, but it's pretty weird. :)
