well, in code geass (great anime, btw) lelouch (main character) has the power to make people do stuff for him, and the guy in the picture is devoted to the army of lelouches enemy. to make him seem like a traitor, lelouch calls him orange, almost like a code name, and orders him to attack his friends. hence forth, enough of the fucking oranges.
