Villains wiki defines anti-villain as "plays a villain's game, but for what's at least in their eyes a noble cause."

It is not vary often that a super hero wants to be a ruler of somewhere or who have delusion of granger. What is the difference of a super hero and a anti-villain? So she is unstabel but still good story.

I love how much thought you put into your characters. He costume really is awesome. I also have a love for anti-villains, as much as I do for villains itself! Keep up the good work :)
