OH! so you do overlay. I heard of that technique. Now you made me want to really try it out.
I use free-brushes.com, because GIMP can't take to many of them without crashing. But thanks so much for the website :)

No, I used photoshop CS3 filter for the gain look and for the hazy pattern I just use a picture pattern as an overlay layer on top of my basic colors--its my favorite pattern lol. You can get from those kinds of patterns from; brusheezy.com/patterns, DeviantART.com OR cgtextures.com OR..just kidding, that's about it xD. Any other websites beyond those suck.*serious face*lol.

I want that shirt so badly now! He looks great! How do you make the effect kind of ermm..how do I explain..hazy i guess? You know the pattern on his shirt for example. Do you use a brush?
