Well...I don't know if you would know about this, but the artist who is drawing this comic is also known as Hiimdaisy and she wrote a really well known comic for Persona 4. So...maybe that's where it's familiar from?

This is adorable~! I've never heard of that comic, but I feel like I've seen the artist...somewhere...It looks fun.
The expression on the girl's face makes me fiery! >:D Makes me want to go read it! XD
Really nice job on this! And, yes, I WAS curious as to what program you used! XD I wonder what program the artist of the comic used...hrmm...O.O
