This is much better than your last submission. If your lines were a little cleaner on High Res and you added a tad more detail across the board it would easily be poster-quality. For your next submission you might want to try drawing a city-scene like "this" with multiple characters. Try putting as much detail into it as you can, sort of like "this" picture right here.

Love it! :) It's a very cool piece. I like the way you made the lantern give off a warm glow, it's a nice effect. The girl's eyes are also beautiful. And that fan is the cutest thing, with the little rose decorations... ♥3♥ But those are just my favorite parts of the picture, the entire picture is very well drawn. :) Great job~
