Nice! Much better than i was when i started out on my tablet. One bit of advice i would give you is to taper the lines of your lineart. That means to make them pointy at the ends and not squareish or round.
Also Practice! Practice! Practice!
There are also many resources and tutorials available on the internet to help you improve.
