it was sort of an invitation and audition at the same time.. they judge entries before they accept it for the artbook.. and unfortunately, it's over and the artbook is ready to be printed..

smudging... everyone suffers from that.. no matter how much we try to avoid it, it will still smudge a bit regardless but i found covering the parts where your hand lays work if you cant draw with your hands not touching the paper.. just use any paper to cover the parts.. a glossy paper is actually better than regular paper coz it doesnt absorb the dirt much while a tissue or any cotton-like material will just absorb the pencil dust and spread it out as you move it while u draw.. this video shows how I use that technique.. hope that helps.. *^^*

Drawing all that hair with so many details is a real work.It makes me remember how long it took me do draw mine and I feel a combo of tiredness and pain.Well I'm tired just to think how hard it was to do all that.Great detail at the picture,seems I can see small finger dots from you.It's hard to work on a cnetral picutre and just rotate with your cover paper to keep drawing the details of the hair.
