It looks like you were going for some perspective looking down, but his head is just a tad too big. (Watch out for that next time!) Nice job on the face and wrinkles, though! ^^b Keep it up!

One thing I would like to comment on, the ear should be a wee bit bigger ;D But I always tend to draw them smaller too (my sister usually catches that one for me). Sorry if it looks like I'm picky >.<;
