I seriously love how you drew the water, especially the surface. Looks great! Reminds me of my lapras drawing where I was practicing on beach background and added a pokemon in the drawing :P

I love all the blue! It definitely looks like it's underwater despite the brightness! I wish it was this bright underwater for real. xDD
