"Old Lady Car" huh? LOL I would of think, CrownVictoria, Sedan de Ville, Seville and 70's/80's Cadilac would be Old Lady Car.
Technically Skylark isn't a bad car. It's pretty nice car. Option of 2.4L I4 (LD9) or 3.3L V6 (3300) w enough luxury space and hp/tq to push around. Your SKylark is '96 design "Olympic Gold" style.
As for tires, prob need to be replaced. Uneven treads might of happened or wheels have crack and causing to leak...
