This is very nice! The lineart is very nice and precise! The dragon also looks perfect and I do love the fire and how it fades into the background like smoke!

All I would say is that the light for the shading should be coming from the fire e.g. you should have made the bottom of it's mouth lighter and the top of the hair and horns darker. Also you may want to define the shading slightly, I work with SAI and can say that the acrylic brush and marker tools are great to use for shading.

I'm just nitpicking as this is overall pretty excellent! I would suggest maybe testing new styles since you pretty much have the drawing element nailed.
