Binder paper is also call filler paper. It's the paper with the lines on them for taking notes or doing homework assignments, and it usually has three hole punches on the left side. Basically note paper I guess. May I ask you where you are from ? :) See you around

Very cool. I can't even draw anything good on plain old binder paper, this is awesome!
