First: Yes, I know the shoulder-blades are an issue. I redid those several times before settling on this. Shoulder Blades are actually one of the hardest things to learn to draw correctly and I am already working on it. Second: I feel that his fingers are fine, they obey all the rules, they look natural, and they do look in proportion to me. Maybe I'll try looking at the manga again, but Yun Kouga's style is long, slender fingers. Thirdly: Both human AND animal ears BECAUSE that is how his creator draws him. You should read Loveless. It's pretty damn good, even if it is on hiatus. Bothers me, too, having both ears, but that's how he's depicted. There's a real story behind it, too. Fourthly: He has five toes. There is a nice big gap in the middle where he's stretching them just a bit. I suppose I could've done a better job drawing that difference, but that is a gap. Yay for optical illusions.
And, I don't yet know if I could draw what you're asking me of. Mostly because, I either don't know the character, or I've never seen the movie... I might give it a try... ^^; No harm in trying. It is Clint Eastwood, but I don't know how well my depictions of real-life people would be... ;:/
Trying to expand anyway. I might give it a shot sometime.

You need to make his shoulder blades look a tad less dominant on his back. They're sticking out like pecks. Also his fingers on his left hand are a tad out of proportion with one another. Also, why both human and animal ears if he is an animal person? He also has six toes on his right foot.
Other than those four things, you did rather well~ His legs are accurate and I like the detail you've put into shading. It's also really nice to see something that isn't a chibi~
Speaking of sketch requests, I don't suppose you would be open to drawing a sketch of Puck from Berserk riding a bishi version of Clint Eastwood from The Good, The Bad and The Ugly piggy-back style, like it's a cherished moment between father and son, would you~? You would be the best if you did it~
