Really? >,< Heh I don't think I'd match these kinds of boots either~ I've been trying to get a good pair of boots, but either they're too pricey or they don't look good haha~

Ah so cute! Nice little sketch, Panou! I really love Penelope too... she's so cute!! Her outfit in this drawing matches her well I think :D

Ignore the proportions? I dunno... it looks kind of like she's in mid-stand after sitting down.

But that's a cute outfit! :) I like the choice of clothing elements and the details (I need to get more creative with character clothing; there's a ton of neat designs out there!). I also like how her hair turned out, with the curls; her expression is cute too ^_^

(And I think only certain people can pull off the high-boot look, like girls and women with skinny legs (which is why the look works for this girl)... either that or women with custom-fit boots. I tried on a pair at Target once and I had a difficult--almost impossible with one pair--time getting them to zip up, and these were just knee-high boots o_o And I'm not even fat... just maybe slightly chunky in some places.)
