I'm thinking that you should start drawing more mate. This is quite good. Although I do think you should darken your lines a tad- its most likely your scanner that made the lines so light but it is a little hard to see.
Nice little details though, I love the power lines and little dishes. Cute.
That's really good for a start. For tips on drawing in perspective, look up an artist called Mark Kistler; he's kinda crazy, but makes it seem easier than other books and stuff I've tried.
