Well he does wear it around his neck! Like a choker, usually. But him having that little neck around his shirt, you wouldn't be able to see the bell much ):

Haha maybe he's copycat-ing Delin >w> I just needed him in a new outfit for summer and this will be it. This goes with black cargo shorts and maybe fingerless gloves! *still deciding on that*
And of course his Soothe Bell is on his tail. He always has his Soothe Bell :3
